Hi there, Barbara here with a ‘jungley’ card today. It’s very simple to do and there is no right or wrong way to lay the pieces…just do as you please.
I started with the following products.
I die-cut lots of various leaves in different shades of green, the grass in Dark Green and Intensive Green and the giraffes in Buff & Mocha Brown.
I inked a piece of white linen with two shades of distress inks, then assembled everything together.
The completed ‘topper’ was placed onto a base card made from White Linen and a sentiment was added.
Once the pieces are die-cut, it’s very easy to complete the scene so that it’s pleasing to the eye.
I think children would have great fun trying to make a card like this, their imagination is limitless….
Back soon, but happy crafting until then,
Barbara.
